All rent is due on the 1st day of the month / anniversary date pursuant to signed contract. You must provide a written notice to vacate within seven (7) days prior to vacating unit to be considered for any portion of refund if a refund is due. Any unit still occupied by tenant after agreed upon vacated date will not be refunded and may result in further monthly rents.
